Canceling and Rescheduling: Clients are mandated to provide a minimum of 48 hours notice for routine appointment cancellations or rescheduling. ~For appointments exceeding four hours, a 72-hour notice is required. ~For appointments requiring two days or more, a 120-hour notice (equivalent to five days) is required. Failure to comply with these notice requirements will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and remaining balance will be charged for the cancelled appointment. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in the suspension of booking privileges, potentially indefinitely. MICROLOC AND INTERLOC CLIENTS: If you are rescheduling your appointment beyond your regular retightening schedule, you will need to allocate additional time. Failure to schedule the additional time in your appointment may result in an incomplete service. I will only extend unscheduled appointment time, if I am available and/or there are no subsequent clients scheduled after you.
